When It's a Good Fit
The Challenge We Solve
Teams often need energy and connection after long meetings without forced or uncomfortable elements. Laughter On Call provides an experience that stretches comfort zones in a supportive way while remaining inclusive, HR-safe, and welcoming for all.

Our Offsite Experience
Designed specifically for company retreats and offsites, our sessions are non-competitive and non-role-specific, focusing on shared participation rather than individual performance — so teams connect as people, not titles.
Programming is flexible in length and format, fitting into agendas as after-lunch blocks, afternoon activities, or capstone sessions.
What It Looks Like
01
Light, inclusive warmups to build comfort and energy in the room.
02
Activities built around the team's specific goals and dynamics.
03
Culminating group games that bring the full room together in shared laughter.
Sessions blend experiential insights with real team building. The emphasis is on innovative in-room fun, shared laughter, and genuine human connection. Teams often walk away with inside jokes, shared moments, and a renewed sense of camaraderie that carries through the rest of the offsite and beyond. Optional custom takeaway handouts are available for teams wanting reinforcement and sustained impact.
Outcomes
We've supported groups from small leadership teams to large-scale offsites, multi-day events, sales kickoffs, and leadership summits.

“Laughter On Call is probably the best training that I've either attended or facilitated.”
— Rhode & Schwarz
“Dani was the perfect speaker at our spousal retreat. She added such fun, real-world application, and lighthearted conversation. She showed us what an important component humor is in our lives and how easy it is to bring into any situation. I would recommend her!”
— James Yarger, Vistage Chair
